In the case of unstable changes in the output, the monitor informs the operator to stop the piston nitrogen compressor in time to reduce the compressed energy. This can not only meet the use of nitrogen, but also achieve the purpose of effective regulation, according to the team's calculation, the use of this method can effectively save 800KW of compressed distribution energy.

For the problem of high energy consumption of the equipment, according to the amount of nitrogen, run the third phase of low-power nitrogen, compress the fifth phase of nitrogen, and stop the fifth phase of high-power nitrogen, and control the compression power within 5400kw, so that the operating power can be reduced by 800KW per hour, greatly reducing the compressed energy.

After the implementation of various measures, the team members counted the pressure of the spherical tank and compressed electric energy, and found that the mono-oxygen power consumption was reduced to 0.7486kwh/m³ under the condition of satisfying the user's use, and it was estimated that the annual benefit was about 3.478700 yuan.
