The finished products of rotary kiln are mainly used for steel slag making and sintering in raw material plants. In the production process, the gas permeability in the kiln is directly related to the quality of the product, and the primary factor determining the gas permeability is the quality of raw materials. The optimal combustion state of the ore in the kiln is rolling combustion, if the ore raw material particle size is not up to standard, not only affect the gas permeability, but also the combustion state in the kiln may be sliding combustion, resulting in inadequate combustion. In view of the particle size of raw materials, the rotary kiln made technical changes to the screening system. The feeding system of the rotary kiln originally used a 15mm hole screen with small hole diameter, which made it difficult to screen the flake materials in the material, easy to cause negative pressure and ring formation in the furnace, affecting the distribution of air flow and the stability of the kiln condition. In this case, the rotary kiln "the right medicine", the original diameter of 15mm round hole screen is adjusted to the diameter of 18mm square hole screen, reduce the amount of gray stone below 20mm, through this measure, improve the quality of raw materials into the kiln, reduce the raw burning to about 8%, so that the processing cost is reduced to 232 yuan/ton.

Under the dense management of the workshop, the rotary kiln will achieve "zero accidents" in safe production in 2023.

In terms of equipment management, the rotary kiln earnestly implements the integration of operation and inspection. In addition to the professional maintenance of the maintenance team, in daily work, the workshop attaches great importance to guiding the staff to maintain the equipment while in production, and inspects and maintains the key points while operating the equipment every day. If the equipment is found abnormal noise, temperature, vibration, smell, etc., contact maintenance in time to ensure the stable running of the equipment. Under the effective implementation of the integration of operation and inspection, the rotary kiln has achieved equipment safety "zero accidents" in the past year.
